All maintenance and repairs requests must be in writing – Email requests to, this will ensure there is a trail of communication.

Photographs are also appreciated of any issues and help our tradesman quote work
before attending. Please ensure that photographs attached to the email include a
description of the issue.

Emergency Repairs

Emergency tradesmen are noted on page 2 of your ‘General Tenancy Agreement’.
List of repairs deemed as an emergency.

  •  A burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • A blocked or broken toilet
  • A serious roof leak
  • A gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • A failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the properties hot water
  • A break-in or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure.
