Professional routine inspections of your property both inside and out are beneficial to ensure tenants are complying with the terms of their lease and to assess property conditions. Open Property, Property Managers will conduct quarterly Routine Inspections. Documentation and photographs from these inspections assist in determining needed maintenance and repairs to maintain your home’s value and avoid costly repairs if left unattended.

Prior to the commencement of each tenancy, we inspect and prepare a comprehensive, detailed entry condition reports as a safeguard against any damage that may be caused. You will also receive photographs to ensure you are kept well informed of the condition of your investment. Upon vacate, we ensure the tenant leaves your property in the clean and tidy condition as when the tenancy commenced, taking fair wear and tear into consideration.

Don’t want the responsibility of answering the phone at night when a repair is needed? Let us take the day-to-day stress of managing your investment property. It is our policy that owners authorise repairs before it is carried out. We have a network of trusted tradespeople who can assist with maintenance and repairs for all properties managed by us. We ensure any requests for maintenance are documented and progress of repairs is closely monitored.

Open Property Property Management have a policy that rental payments to you are paid at the end of the month, therefore you can expect your income within 3 to 5 business days of the new month.
